WINTER 2015 The first edition of 2015 covers the origins of Ohio's Utica shale. In addition, we head back up into the sky to get stunning  bird's eye views of the updates happening at area oil and gas processing facilities. Also, while Ohio and Pennsylvania appear to be the big winners in oil and gas exploration, the panhandle of West Virginia is proving to be a major player in shale development.

FALL 2014 Our last issue in 2014 was one of our largest to date. In it we take a look at the impact the oil and gas industry is having on the transportation industry whether it be road, river or rail. We also spend a day with a group of high school students from the Utica Shale Academy as they tour various industry sites while learning what it takes to work in the field. And finally, we tag along with Joe Baumgardner, who is the president of Joe Safety, as he performs safety checks at local oil and gas facilities.

THE ARCHIVES This is it! This is what started it all – our premiere issue. Launched in the spring of 2013, Pipeline Connections magazine hit the ground running with the area's only high-glossy colored magazine covering the local oil and gas development. The first edition set the tone for what was to come featuring great local stories, intriguing photography, and excellent print quality. The premiere issue featured a dramatic cover photo showing two rig hands from Nomac Drilling operating on location in eastern Ohio. The rest is history!
